Neuro Connections Occupational Therapy, LLC is a recognized Medicaid, and CHP Plus provider, equipped to submit medical claims to Medicaid and CHP Plus for reimbursement. However, please note that we are not currently affiliated with any private health insurance plans as an in-network provider.

While Neuro Connections Occupational Therapy, LLC is not in-network with private health insurance plans, we are still able to treat you as a private pay patient and furnish super bills. This allows you to submit claims independently to your private insurance for potential reimbursement according to your plan's out-of-network coverage policies.
