Carina Langenbach, OTD, OTR/L

Dr. Carina is the founder of Neuro Connections Occupational Therapy. Originally trained as an occupational therapist in Germany, she immigrated to the United States in 2006 and has since dedicated her career to working with individuals across the lifespan—from pediatrics to aging adults—addressing a wide range of diagnoses.

Dr. Carina specializes in nervous system regulation, reflex integration, and sensory processing, with a strong emphasis on holistic, neurodevelopmental approaches. She is committed to lifelong learning and regularly pursues advanced training to deepen and expand her clinical expertise.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Carina has contributed to the field through peer-reviewed publications, including a case study highlighting the effectiveness of the Masgutova Neuro-sensory Motor Reflex Integration (MNRI) Method in treating an individual with an acquired brain injury.

 

Jen Covillo,

OTR/L

Jen has been an occupational therapist for 28 years graduating from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She is trained extensively in craniosacral therapy, reflex integration, muscle energy, neurovascular integration and functional techniques, completing a mentorship under Dr. Edward Stiles, D.O., and an externship in pediatric craniosacral therapy at the Upledger Institute and holds a SIPT certification in Sensory Integration. Jen works with all ages but has become a leading expert over the past decade in treating infants with tethered oral tissues, using a variety of techniques to promote safety, feeding skills, and ability to thrive.

 

Morgan Hikey, CCC-SLP, LMT

Morgan is bodyworker and speech-language pathologist with over 16 years of experience. She specialize in attachment, nervous system regulation, reflex integration, sensory processing, and oral motor/feeding skills. She is equipped to work with clients across the entire lifespan. Morgan works with adults recovering from trauma, with infants and toddlers to support typical development, with school-aged children to address developmental gaps, and of course with parents to help them understand and advocate for their children.

 

Marina George,

COTA/L

Marina is a certified occupational therapy assistant and obtained her degree in occupational therapy from Pima Medical Institute in Denver, Colorado. Marina is a native to Germany where she was educated as a special needs educator and obtained extensive experience working in a school for children and adults diagnosed with severe developmental delays.

Marina specializes in reflex integration, sensory processing, and draws from various therapeutic principles such as Shiatsu massage, and the Feldenkrais method. She consistently undergoes additional training to advance her practice. 

In her free time, Marina loves to watch the Denver Nuggets and the Denver Broncos! Swimming is her stress relieve remedy and if she is not found in the beautiful state of Colorado – she is out and about exploring new cities and countries around the world. 

 

Jaime Baker, COTA/L

Jaime is a certified occupational therapist assistant who obtained her degree from Pima Medical Institute in Denver, Colorado.

 

Grace Adamson, Office Assistant

Grace is a recent graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in biomedical sciences. She holds licensure as a CNA and a Clinical Cancer Exercise Specialist, with experience working in both roles. This August, she will begin her doctorate in occupational therapy at Creighton University. Passionate about learning and patient care, Grace is excited to contribute to the practice and gain hands-on experience in the field.
